Len Hayduchok, Founder and President
Len Hayduchok is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional with over 30 years of experience empowering both retirees and those approaching retirement, to maximize the quality of life through their own financial resources.
A cum laude graduate of the prestigious Wharton School at the Ivy League’s University of Pennsylvania, he founded Dedicated Senior Advisors through which he offers a wide range of life, health, and long-term care insurance, as well as annuity products. He also created Senior Momentum, a non-profit organization to help seniors improve their quality of life and maximize their legacy through the wise use of time and financial resources.
Len provides wealth management advisory services through Dedicated Financial Services including fee-based income and asset planning, college planning, asset protection consultation, and tax preparation and advisory services. Additionally, he offers Property and Casualty insurance for home and auto protection. This broad array of financial planning services provides clients with the convenience and coordination of a one-stop financial shop.
Len Hayduchok’s diverse educational background includes studies at the University of Georgia, where he graduated with a master’s degree, and Biblical Theological Seminary where, again as an honors student, he graduated with a Master of Divinity degree.
Len deeply enjoys sharing his knowledge and insights and speaks regularly to senior groups. In addition to co-authoring the book “Don’t Go Broke in a Nursing Home 2015 New Jersey Edition,” he has published numerous resources on a variety of topics that are of interest to seniors, as well as being actively involved with several churches and children’s organizations.
Len and his wife, Joyce, are the privileged parents of four children. Their oldest graduated from the United States Air Force Academy and is currently serving as a jet fighter pilot. Their three youngest children are in college, preparing for the life ahead of them.
Barbara oversees all day-to-day operations and serves as managing supervisor of the DFS Tax Preparation Program. Starting in 2008, she came with significant accounting experience and a broad-based knowledge of business, having been associated with a variety of biz operations during her longstanding career.
Merrie Beth coordinates both client appreciation and prospective client events, and oversees the DFS Events Calendar. This includes annual activities such as the Thanksgiving Pie Give-Away and Holiday Gala, as well as several special seminars and educational events that are held throughout the year. Additionally, she facilitates the execution of trusts.
Merrie Beth came to Dedicated Financial Services in 2011 with a background in non-profits and finance.
Alda quickly moved to Client Services after joining the DFS staff in 2104 as Office Assistant/Receptionist. She can be found processing and tracking all new and current client annuity, life, and long-term care applications and service requests.
Since 2014, Stacy has been greeting our clients with her welcoming manner and is typically the first point of contact for clients and guests alike. She also takes part in the implementation of programs created to enhance the DFS client experience.
Bill has been a key enabler in the expansion of the Tax Preparation Program. Besides offering individual tax returns, this diversification of services now includes Trust, Estate, and Gift returns.
Bill joined the DFS team in January, 2016 with a Wall Street background. He works in coordination with company president Len Hayduchok to help clients with the development and implementation of customized financial plans.
Joyce has been with Dedicated Financial Services “since the beginning”, serving in a wide variety of roles… faithfully doing whatever was required of her. Currently, she is the first point-of-contact for clients outside of normal business hours and at most DFS events.
Milagros facilitates the document storage program and assists with implementing process needs for the many Dedicated Financial Services events.
